Hello again! Just a bit of an update on important Commission Information.

As always, I am perpetually open to take commissions. This information is also available on my website, as are my terms of service, which is also outlined below!

IMPORTANT

:bulletred: I use PayPal only! I cannot accept commissions for DeviantArt points or anything of that nature, and I will not be using DeviantArt's transaction feature.

:bulletred: I am not work for hire. Any image I create lawfully belongs to me (while any copyrighted character remains the intellectual property of the creator). You may not reproduce anything I create without my permission.

:bulletred: I reserve the right to refuse any commissions based on content.

:bulletred: I reserve the right to adjust pricing before starting your commission, based on complexity/time/materials, etc.

:bulletred: I reserve the right to post your commission in my deviantArt gallery, or on my art tumblr. If it is an original character, all credit will be given where credit is due. If you have a problem with me displaying your commission, please tell me beforehand.

CONTENT

I am fine with violence and nudity, but will NOT draw explicitly sexual things. I reserve the right to refuse any commission based on content.

Fanart: If commissioning fanart, you may need to supply me with screenshots/reference pictures if I'm not familiar with your fandom.

Original Characters: If commissioning a portrait of an original character, please give me a complete description of appearance, as well as a few sentences (not a dissertation) about that character's general personality and background. If someone else has already drawn that character, go ahead and include it.

COMMERCIAL USE
Regular commissions are for personal use only, and do NOT come with distribution rights. You may not use a commission from me in a for-profit manner.

If you would like to request a commission for commercial use (or would like to use one of my pictures), email me directly and we can discuss what you want.

PRICING
The following are base prices! Be aware that prices will increase based on the complexity of your request! More in-depth estimates are available on my website.

:bulletblack: Digital Character Portrait
Black and White - $45+
Full Color - $65+
Ex. [1] | [2] | [3] | [4] | [5]

:bulletblue: Watercolor Price Ranges
5x7: $55
8x8: $75
10x12: $100
Ex. [1] | [2] | [3]

Feel free to note me, or email, to inquire about other or in-between sizes, as well as other mediums!

PROCESS
1. I prefer email for all commissions! I may miss DeviantArt notes, so please email me first, if you can.

2. Specify as much as possible. Specify the approximate size and medium (digital, pencil/ink, watercolor), and specify if you want black & white or full color. If you have commissioned an original character, specify their appearance and give me details to work with. Specify if the work will be used commercially, or if it is for personal use only.

3. I'll estimate the price of your commission, and how long it will take to complete. We will discuss payment options; for really big commissions (i.e., traditional or large paintings), I will require a non-refundable down payment. When all is agreed upon, I'll send you a rough sketch and we will begin discussing composition, design and details.

4. If you approve of my sketch, I will start your commission. You must approve the sketch before I can begin! I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission as I work on it. These updates are equally important: they will give you the chance to tell me to change things (such as colors or details), or to correct mistakes.

5. When the commission is complete, I will send you a high-res file to do with as you please. If you commissioned a traditional drawing/painting, I will ship the finished piece to you.

Thank you for your consideration!

You mentioned on the MSPA forums that you had Andrew Hussie's permission for a commission. Do you have a standing agreement with him, or would any Homestuck commissions have to wait for a Hussie-approval stage? Are the prices the same for Homestuck-related commissions?
